Identity and Branding for Encore Live. Encore Live is a one day experience to find your second career in life. It's target audience are women and men in their 40's - 50's. Contents of the program include talks for personal awareness development, networking skills, and self growth keynotes. The goal was to make it feel modern and exciting for the target audience so they feel just as excited to start a new journey in a career they are most likely nervous yet looking forward to embark. Thus I chose a warm color palette that can mimic that feeling of excitement and a warm welcome. The arrow is the main icon that represent "one moving forward" in their life as its a given connotation by the mark itself.
